Today, we are providing an update on our partnership with Bud & Mary’s Cannabis. We are excited to partner with Bud & Mary’s to bring medical cannabis awareness to this year’s festival, and we value Bud & Mary’s efforts in partnering with organizations such as 80/35 to better educate our community about this important program in Iowa.
After further conversation with relevant stakeholders and careful consideration, we have determined that now is not the time to introduce an on-site cannabis lounge to 80/35. We are hopeful to continue this important conversation and revisit the opportunity for future events and future iterations of 80/35. Our commitment to embracing progressive culture and values remains.
We encourage you to stop by the Bud & Mary’s tent at this year’s festival to learn about the important work being done across the state around medical cannabis. 80/35 has included and will continue to include partnerships and activations that create a more accessible festival environment for all, and we look forward to building on our work year over year.
